Aroham Talent began with a conversation that most founders will recognise — a CEO frustrated at paying retainer after retainer for shortlists that didn't match the brief, and a recruiter tired of working inside agencies that treated mandates like ticket queues.

We started Aroham to fix what was broken on both sides of that table. Senior practitioners, owning fewer mandates at a time. Transparent process. Outcome-linked pricing. And — uncommonly — a willingness to say "you don't need this engagement" when a client doesn't.

Today, Aroham partners with founders, HR leaders and operators across India and the GCC. We've grown by referral. We intend to stay that way.

First RPO engagement — 28 hires in a quarter.

A Series B SaaS company turns over their entire tech hiring funnel to Aroham. The pod scales engineering from 12 to 40 in nine months.

2025 · Q1

HR Solutions track launches.

Founder demand pulls us into fractional HR. We hire two senior practitioners and start running embedded HR for 15-250 headcount companies.

2025 · Q4

GCC expansion — UAE & KSA.

Partner network extends into the Gulf. First cross-border placements (CFO and CTO) in Dubai and Riyadh.
