For executive search we work on a retained model with milestones. Staffing is on a contingency or fixed-fee basis depending on volume. RPO is a flat monthly fee. We share a written proposal after the discovery call — never a verbal handshake on price.
Yes — a 90-day replacement guarantee on permanent placements, free of cost. We also do 30/60/90-day onboarding check-ins with both you and the new hire to catch issues early.
